Endroid News Network (ENN) maintains a high standard of editorial excellence to ensure our readers receive valuable, accurate, and insightful information about the future of transformative technology. Whether you are submitting a standard sponsored article or a featured founder profile, all content must adhere to the following guidelines.
General Submission Standards
- Topic Relevance: Content must focus on our core niches: Artificial Intelligence, Neurotech, Robotics, and the broader impact of transformative technologies on society and business.
- Originality: All submissions must be 100% original and not published elsewhere. We do not accept syndicated content.
- Length: Articles should be a minimum of 800 words. In-depth profiles and thought leadership pieces should ideally be between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
- Tone and Style: The tone should be professional, objective, and journalistic. Avoid overly promotional language or “sales pitches.” Focus on the value, innovation, and impact of the subject matter.
Formatting and Structure
- Headings: Use clear, descriptive headings (H2, H3) to break up the text and improve readability.
- Emphasis: Use bold text for emphasis on key concepts, companies, or names. Do not use asterisks (*) for emphasis in the final submission.
- Background Context: All articles must include a dedicated section (approximately 200 words) providing background information on the companies, technologies, or events mentioned. This should be structured into separate paragraphs to provide readers with necessary context.
- Links: Sponsored articles may include 1-2 dofollow links to the client’s website or relevant resources. Links must be natural and contextually relevant. “Spammy” or irrelevant links will be removed.
Media Requirements
- Featured Image: Every article must be accompanied by a high-quality featured image (minimum 1200×630 pixels). The image should be original or properly licensed, and relevant to the article’s topic.
- In-text Media: We encourage the inclusion of relevant charts, graphs, or secondary images to support the text. Please provide high-resolution files and ensure you have the rights to use them.
The Review Process
Once submitted, our editorial team will review the article for compliance with these guidelines. We reserve the right to make minor edits for clarity, grammar, and style. If significant revisions are required, we will return the draft to you with feedback.
Upon final approval, we guarantee a 48-hour turnaround time for publication.
