Article Submission Process

Step 1: Review Guidelines
Before submitting, please ensure your content aligns with our Editorial Guidelines. We focus on high-quality content related to Artificial Intelligence, Neurotech, Robotics, and transformative technology.
Step 2: Prepare Your Submission
Please gather the following materials for your submission:
- The Article: A Word document or Google Doc link (with edit access) containing your article (minimum 800 words).
- Featured Image: A high-resolution image (minimum 1200×630 pixels) to be used as the header. Ensure you have the rights to use this image.
- Author Bio (Optional): A brief bio (50-100 words) and a headshot if the article is to be published under a specific author’s name rather than our editorial team.
- Background Context: Ensure your article includes the required ~200-word background context section on the companies or technologies mentioned.
Step 3: Submit via Email
Currently, we are accepting submissions directly via email to streamline communication with our PR partners.

Subject Line Format: [Submission Type] – [Client/Company Name] – [Article Title]
Example: Featured Founder Profile – OpenAI – The Future of AGI
Step 4: Review and Publication
Our editorial team will review your submission within 24 hours. If approved, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice based on our pricing tiers.
Once payment is processed, your article will be published within our guaranteed 48-hour turnaround window. You will receive a “Live Link” email along with details of our social media amplification.
